Ranjeet Nambudiri is a Professor of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management at IIM Indore, with over 28 years of experience in academia and industry. He has served as Dean (Administration) and Dean (Programmes), and was a member of the Board of Governors at IIM Indore.He is currently serving as the Dean Faculty.
A doctoral graduate from IIM Ahmedabad, he was among the top 15 global nominees for the EIU Business Professor of the Year Award 2012 and was named “Best Teacher” at IIM Indore in 2013.
Prof. Nambudiri has conducted 300+ executive training programs for senior professionals across sectors. His research focuses on high-performance work systems, change management, and organizational restructuring, and has been published in top international journals. He is also a published author with Tata McGraw Hill and has cases registered with the Richard Ivey School of Business.
Dr. Mit Vachhrajani is a Fellow of the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow. His research focuses on ethics, leadership, spirituality, values, and organizational citizenship behavior. Dr. Mit Vachhrajani has extensive teaching experience across various institutions, including the Indian Institutes of Management in Shillong, Ranchi, and Indore, as well as Jindal Global Business School. His teaching areas encompass leadership, ethics, negotiation, culture, and communication.
